The Area Board of Zoning Appeals (ABZA) meets each month to hear requests on various zoning related issues.

The Area Board of Zoning Appeals (ABZA) serves St. Joseph County and the Towns of Lakeville, New Carlisle, North Liberty, Osceola, and Roseland. Its membership of seven members is set by state law (IC 36-7-4-902(c)).
