Welcome to the Saint Joseph County Prosecutor’s Office Child Support Division.

We are located on the sixth floor of the County City Building in downtown South Bend. Our address is 227 W. Jefferson Blvd South Bend, IN 46601. Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00AM to 4:30PM, however, walk-ins and appointments are seen between the hours of 12:30PM and 4:30PM.

In accordance with Federal Law, our office does not get involved in custody, visitation, and parental rights issues.

If you are trying to obtain payment history records or child support court orders, you need to go to the Saint Joseph County Clerk’s Office.

If you are trying to obtain information regarding your child support payments, you can do so by calling the KIDS LINE at 1-800-840-8757 or you access them via the web at www.mychildsupport.in.gov

If you want to provide information about an individual but want to remain anonymous you can do so by calling 1-866-926-8332.
