2021 Work Plan
- Procure a consultant and kickoff the planning process for the new Comprehensive Plan
- Streamline the zoning enforcement process
- Complete a comprehensive update of the Planning & Zoning Division's webpages
- Implement a system for post-construction inspections on Planning/Zoning related items
- Complete updates to the Zoning Ordinances as needed
- Provide training and professional development opportunities for new APC and ABZA board members
